How Does Ultimate Mats Handle Returns and Exchanges? If you are unhappy with a purchase made at Ultimate Mats, simply return it within 90 days for a full refund and an exchange for one of equal or greater value up to 5 years* in its same condition.

All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase (order number, email address or phone number) for all returns or exchanges. If an incorrect item was shipped out to you, we can also provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return it to us.

NOTE: Please keep all returned items in their original packaging with all labels and stickers intact for easy processing of returns or exchanges. If any packaging has been opened or unpacked, we cannot process your request.

RECYCLED PLASTIC MAT PROTECTION: When returning a recycled plastic mat, please make sure it is in its original packaging and fold along the same fold lines with which it was received for optimal protection during transit. This will protect both your mat and ensure we can issue either a refund or exchange.

Product Exchanges: If you aren't completely satisfied with your product, we offer exchanges at no additional charge if it doesn't meet your standards. All exchanges must include proof of purchase and be requested within 30 days from receipt.

All exchanges must include pre-paid shipping to return the product and may incur a restocking fee. If you elect for a refund instead, your original purchase minus shipping will be refunded back once it has been inspected and approved.
